Megan McGregor Cacchio

Dip Hampton Classic

Megan has been competing horses for over fifteen years.  She began competing in three-day eventing in Alabama, where she learned the importance of balancing, fitness, and soundness.  While attending Duke University in Durham, NC, Megan decided to change her focus to the sport of show jumping.  After graduating from Duke, Megan spent two years in New Jersey with Callan Solem concentrating on her riding and gaining experience in the Amateur classes with several horses including Torsinaa, Chester, Clover Market, and N.Z. Dip.  Most recently, Megan worked as a veterinary assistant under Dr. Kirsten Tillotson in Roxboro, NC, while continuing to train and compete with Torsinaa and Chester in the Amateur-Owner and Open Jumper Divisions. Megan is now thrilled to have purchased a farm in Rougemont, NC where she will be able to ride and train her three horses. Megan is a member of the USEF and the USHJA.
